I recently stayed at La Passion Hanoi Hotel & Spa and had a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and efficient during check-in and check-out. The rooms were clean and equipped with all the basic amenities, including slippers, which was a nice touch. The hotel’s location is excellent for exploring Hanoi on foot, with all the main attractions nearby. Prices were affordable, offering good value for money. Breakfast was tasty, though the options were somewhat limited. Overall, a solid choice for a comfortable and convenient stay in Hanoi’s Old Quarter.

Absolutely loved our stay at La Passion Hanoi Hotel & Spa! The staff were incredible, providing amazing tips to help us make the most of our time in the city. Housekeeping was also top-notch. Staying at La Passion Hanoi Hotel was one of the best decisions we made during our trip to Vietnam. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and genuine smiles. The breakfast included with our booking was a standout—delicious and authentic Vietnamese dishes that gave us a real taste of local cuisine. A perfect start to our days exploring Hanoi! Our room was cozy and the bed was incredibly comfy, making it easy to relax after a full day of sightseeing. The only downside was the fridge—it was quite small, and the drinks never really got cold, which was a bit disappointing given the warm weather. What truly made our stay memorable was the staff. Brian was incredibly knowledgeable and shared great tips on how to get around the city. Selena and Sarah were always cheerful, proactive, and greeted us with warm smiles every time we walked in. On one particularly hot day, they even offered us cold bottled water after we returned from a long walk, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The location is another huge plus—right in the city centre, with plenty of great places to eat and major attractions just a short walk away. Overall, a great experience! We’d gladly stay here again on our next visit to Hanoi.
