The room was excellent—comfortable and well-maintained, leaving little to comment on. As a corner unit, it offers a beautiful view. While the shower heater could be hotter, the water pressure is outstanding—reminiscent of a waterfall. However, the bathroom basin drains slowly, and a hand bidet at the WC would be a valuable addition. These are only minor issues and do not affect the overall rating, though some small improvements could enhance the stay further. Really worth for the money!

We stayed at the hotel for a quick getaway and loved how convenient the location was, situated right above KSL Mall, good for anyone looking for easy access to dining, entertainment, and retail therapy. The room was spacious and comfortable. However, the walls were a bit on the thin side, we could hear conversations from the neighboring room. What really impressed us were the facilities. From the gym and table tennis area to the pool and swimming pool, there’s plenty to keep you active and entertained without even leaving the property. We also tried the breakfast buffet and were pleased with the wide variety on offer. While the taste leaned toward average, the generous spread made for a satisfying start to the day.

The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and quick. The room was clean, spacious, and matched the online photos. The view from the room was stunning, overlooking the landed properties. The only negative was the presence of blood stains on the curtains and bedsheets. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to KSL and nearby restaurants and cafes. We recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

Room had a queen bed and a single bed, which were comfortable. Room was good size too. Housekeeper was nice and happily helped to replenish towel, slippers and toothbrush when we were short. Room and toilet were clean. The toilet door didn't fit well, so made a lot of noise when closing and opening. Single bed also made noise when I lied on it. One panel of the window was so dirty, it was shocking. Thankfully, the other two panels were clear so that I could take nice pictures of the view from the room. Overall, still a pleasant stay.
