We stayed at Krabi Resort and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent, just steps away from the beach and close to restaurants, shops, and everything you need. The resort grounds are beautiful, with well-maintained gardens and a relaxing atmosphere. While the facilities are lovely, the rooms feel a bit outdated. When we first checked in, the room we were assigned had a rather unpleasant smell, but thankfully the staff was very helpful and quickly moved us to another room, which was much better.

I stayed for 2 days in a Luxury Grand Room with a bathtub. The property is beautiful and well-maintained, located conveniently near the beach with direct access to a private beach, which was a major highlight. There are two swimming pools, both clean and great for relaxing. The hotel is right in the heart of Ao Nang's market area, so everything from shopping to nightlife is within walking distance. Food options were a bit limited for Indian vegetarians – the buffet had a wide spread, but it was more suited for non-vegetarian preferences. I found the food to be average overall, but the upside is that there are plenty of Indian restaurants nearby if you want to dine out. The hospitality was excellent, and the stay was very comfortable. If you're looking for a relaxing beachside stay with easy access to Ao Nang’s vibrant scene, this is a great choice.

Pros Large resort, nice rooms, extremely friendly staff, you are directly on the beach, lots of beautiful wildlife! Cons Some parts are run down (swings decaying on the ground for example) and it generally feels like it needs an overall update, the lobby area could use more fans, there are many places like snack stands and bars that are shut down forcing you to constantly have to leave the resort.. maybe it's just in low season, the restaurant only accepts cash unlike every other place in the area, the breakfast is not that good for a resort.
