Absolute bargain, very very central location. basic but really clean and comfy rooms with good aircon, plenty of showers. Balcony on the dorm rooms was handy for drying things. Chill bar downstairs and staff really friendly.

The hostel is well located, situated on the main street, just a 10-15 minute walk from Ao Nang Beach. At night is not very noisy, part from the engines from the street.
The rooms were clean and spacious, with lockers and sinks available inside. Each bed had a storage bag, a power outlet, and a lamp, as well as side curtains for added privacy. The balcony outside was very useful for drying wet clothes, and there was also a drying rack. Staff was nice.
As negative aspects, upon our arrival, we had to leave our backpacks in the common area since check-in was only available from 3:00 PM. The host informed us that we wouldn't be able to use the bathroom for 30 minutes due to a water shortage.
We decided to go out and returned after two hours, but the water was still unavailable. After speaking with other guests, we learned that the water had also been missing the day before.
By the evening, the issue was resolved, but the water from the sink was yellow and smelled of chlorine.
There isn’t a water boiler. They don’t provide water. The mattresses were very hard.

Nothing good to say about this place. Very basic. No kitchen for guests, not even a kettle. They don't even simply provide a drinking water! Tight space between beds. One not nice bathroom for both - women and men. Quite far from the beach. No activities, no atmosphere. Check in at 3pm! Until then you will not see any staff except for the  cleaner woman (who turned out to be unpleasant to deal with). The receptionist will not show up until 3pm. Then he will leisurely check you in. So the staff consists of 1 cleaner and 1 receptionist. The receptionist is high most of the time, if he is not, he gets irritated easily. No support, no customer service.

There was no water for almost a full day, and they didn't give us a notice or some help, just snarky you can shower in the ocean. You have to buy your own drinking water and apparently also your own tap water?
When you ask if you can check in they will
look at their watch and say no it's not 2 yet and make you wait till the last second. But they wil also clean the beds at 9 in the morning and talk so loud as if they want you to wake up. But weirdly they're not done with cleaning the beds at check-in, because after we waited for hours my friend still had to make her own beds. Even though those men had been sitting there doing absolutely nothing.
The last bed doesn't have a curtain on both sides, probably because the window has a curtain so I guess "it doesn't need one", but they will open that curtain at 9 in the morning, so the sunshine is right in your face and then act surprised that they wake you up, happened both days i was there
