This hotel's a little bit older but fairly well maintained. The rooms are extremely quiet and the view of the harbor can't be beat. Several restaurants on property and breakfast is a great value. I love staying at Shangri La in mainland China, this is exactly the same.

Great location near Tsim Sha Tsui, opposite Victoria Harbour and Avenue of Stars with the MTR exit for Tsim Sha Tsui East just to the left of the hotel entrance, and it is connected to Tsim Sha Tsui station. Room is clean and hot shower is almost instant. Good service generally. Lounge view is very good, as it overlooks the Harbour. Look out for the carpets in the lifts as they will change according to the days "Monday, Tuesday etc".

Nicely located older five star hotel. The rooms seem to be very big for Hong Kong. We had a view of just a courtyard garden but a sea view I’m sure is fabulous. Breakfast is great but wasn’t included in the room rate so we had to pay extra. The most annoying thing is the number of times they come to the room. They come for cleaning but also to ‘turn down’ the bed, or to ‘change the filter’. I should have kept the do not disturb on all the time I guess. Kept forgetting and was worked up in naps or interrupted in calls several times during the week stay.

An exceptional experience - stayed here end of September. Views from the room across Victoria Harbour were incredible. Staff was very proactive and terrific! Breakfast buffet is huge with a very large selection of great food. Afternoon tea and happy hour in the Horizon club room were amazing. Honestly - our biggest “hardship” (of course not a hardship at all) was that it was hard to leave the hotel to sight see because the hotel was so wonderful! Highly recommended!

We were very satisfied with our stay at Shangri-La Hotel. The location is excellent, right next to the MTR and very convenient. Although we booked a standard room, it was surprisingly spacious (around 350–400 sq ft) and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. What touched us most was how the hotel remembered my wife’s birthday and surprised her with flowers and a cake — a truly thoughtful gesture that made our stay extra special. The team really cares about the overall guest experience. Highly recommended!
