We had a pleasant experience throughout our 3D2N stay. Overall, it’s hard to believe this was just a 3-star hotel, everything felt much more premium. The hotel features characterful design, with wide U-shaped walkways that allow natural light to flow in beautifully. The green wall along the corridor adds both privacy and a lively touch. The welcoming scent at the reception also made a great first impression. Thoughtful details like complimentary snacks, Aesop soap, a cozy window ledge, and hidden lights on both sides of the bathroom mirror really elevated the experience. Another plus point is the great location. It’s close to the town area but feels private once you drive down the alley to the hotel. It offers a nice separation from the busy road while still providing convenient access. Kudos to the team and the designer for creating such a pleasant and well-thought-out space at an affordable price!

We stayed for just one night, but we truly enjoyed the environment and atmosphere of the hotel. The architecture is beautifully designed with plenty of greenery, creating a relaxing and refreshing vibe. All the staff we encountered were incredibly friendly. A special shout-out to the amazing team—when we were checking out, our car wouldn’t start. Just as we were figuring out what to do, a staff member happened to walk by, noticed our situation, and immediately offered to help. They brought a jump starter and got our car running again! We are so grateful for their kindness and prompt assistance. This level of service deserves a solid 5 stars from the management. Thank you!

Stylish Boutique Hotel with Great Design and Location We stayed in both the “Room to Read” and “Room to Grow” at KLoé Hotel. Both rooms were similar in size and amenities, but we preferred the “Room to Read” for its brighter feel and better seating options — perfect for relaxing indoors. The standout feature of this hotel is its thoughtful and artistic design, from the lobby to the corridors and rooms. Service was excellent throughout our stay, and the location is hard to beat — just a short walk to The Exchange TRX, which has all the major brands and dining options. A special mention to Lucky Coffee Bar on the ground floor — easily one of the best coffees we’ve had, with great service to match. If you’re staying for more than a couple of days, the breakfast menu could use more variety, and light sleepers might notice some street noise at night. Still, overall, a fantastic stay with a lot of charm and character.

My partner and I had a lovely stay here. The hotel is gorgeous and welcoming. I loved our room - although it was small there were all these wonderful design touches and decorated very well. We loved the snacks! The staff was friendly and helpful. We both came down with colds while we were there so we needed to ask the staff to deliver items to our room frequently, which they did promptly and cheerfully. The living room/lobby area was inviting and comfortable. Every time I hung out there the staff would bring me water, which was a nice touch. I loved seeing people from all over the world seated at the communal table, working, relaxing, chatting, giving. I would definitely stay here if I was a digital nomad. One word on the noise. Our understanding from other reviews is that the rooms facing the street get a lot of noise from motorcyclists at the gas station on the weekends. We requested a room facing the courtyard to avoid this. We still heard some of this noise, but were able to use earplugs to avoid being woken up. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you, KLoe!
