I had to book something last minute and this hotel was a great option! The staff greeted me as soon as I arrived late and made sure my requests were handled. Everyone was super nice during my entire stay and the room provided me with everything I needed. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

The location of the hotel is very convenient, 5 minutes walk from two large shopping centers, and 15 minutes to the Pavilion. The hotel is clean and tidy, which is very important for Asia. The service is at a good level, towels are changed regularly, the room is cleaned upon request, bottled water and coffee are provided. Beautiful city view from the room. The staff is very nice and helpful. A big thanks to the girls at the reception, Nana and Susan. They are very frendly, helpful persons and always try to make your stay at the hotel comfortable and pleasant.
