A great hotel with really friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond! The room itself is basic but clean and had everything we needed. The buffet breakfast was excellent (even for vegetarians) and was excellent value! Location is wonderful. Definitely recommend!

This is the most respectful and honorable hotel I have stayed in in Asia so far. Amazing welcome, they came immediately to open the door for me, during check-in they brought us a glass of cold passion fruit, escorted us to the room, everything was accompanied by smiles and a good atmosphere, the rooms are clean, everything is new, a great pleasure, thank you very much

I am currently staying at the Grand Boutuque Hotel in Phnom Penh. I am here for 17 days and the hotel is such a wonderful place to be. The rooms are wonderful, the pool is beautiful, breakfast is great and the service is just great as well. All the employees are so courteous and obliging, with no request any trouble. One of the Reception Staff named Theara is truly an exception from what I have ever seen. My mini dramas from the air conditioning not working to changing rooms promptly and locking my keys in my room on 2 occasions were taken care by Theara with no fuss and a giant smile along with a Khmer bow. Over the last 2.5 weeks I have been staying here, I got to know most of the staff, including the restaurant staff, domestic staff and reception staff and management. I got to know Theara by engaging with her at I left the lift area in the Reception. We struck up conversations on many occasions, including her love for her family and her children. She also told me of her love for her job at the hotel. Theara conducted herself both professionally and ethically towards me and everybody. I would even say with the grace of a true princess. Good hotel, Not far away from Royal Palace, walking distance from many places. Hot water in the bathroom, coffee not good, breakfast was OK, made to order eggs. Only leaves 2 instant coffee, no tea in the room. 2 bottles of water, can get more at the reception

Good location in city centre, took less than 10 minutes walking to Royal Palace. We ordered deluxe room for 2 nights. The room was clean and they provide basic amenities. Breakfast was good enough, not many to choose but I will definetely tell that their black coffee was great. Worth the price
