I had a wonderful experience in the hotel . Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the housekeeping staff were delightful and eager to help. Front desk staff and Houskeeping supervisors is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is very clean Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

Lovely hotel, rooms are clean and spacious, all staff very helpful. Really appreciate the attentive service of supervisor Rayees. who took care of us bringing us anything we need and were so helpful and professional. We will be back inshaAllah.

It's not located directly in front of Haram. Yet, it's very close. The hotel offers a shuttle service and golf cars to facilitate movement of its guests. The hotel was neat and clean especially our rooms 318 and 319 ??. There was an Indian supervisor I don’t remember his name, every single time I needed anything he was more than happy to help. He was such a lovely guy and genuinely the best supervisor I’ve ever experienced. Inshallah we will back soon

Best thing was extremely friendly and accommodating staff however I had some issue communicating with reception. Very clean rooms and washrooms. Laundry is free 4 washing machines on 7th or 8th floor. Plenty of ropes on roof to dry clothes considering people in area charge 15 rial instead of 4 to wash clothes.

This is the best place to stay in Makkah best hospitality, staff are very cooperative and bus services also free to haram
