I had a pleasant two-night stay at Kamuela Villas Lagoi Bay Bintan. The villa was spacious and offered a peaceful, rustic charm that felt well-connected to nature. Its close proximity to the Bintan ferry terminal made traveling convenient, and the service provided by the staff was warm and attentive. While the breakfast could be more flavorful and the villa could benefit from better maintenance, the overall experience was still enjoyable. If you're looking for a quiet retreat surrounded by nature, this is a great option!

If you prefer tranquility this is probably the place. Staffs here are friendly and helpful. Although this place may be a little old but it is still comfortable. Some might say that the pool is unclean but it is actually just algae. The water in the pool does not contain chlorine. EDIT: I don’t see bugs flying around in my villa at night except crickets quarreling outside. Also, as of writing this review, Grab is now available in this area since 3 days ago. So be patient with the driver as I noticed they are having some difficulty trying to navigate the app.

Very enjoyable vacation. Among the best pool villa. Reasonably priced. We were lucky to get free dinner because they were running an Instagram promo that time to tag them in photo. Breakfast was served in the villa. They also have complimentary ferry transfer. Location is very near to Lagoi plaza with 3 seafood resto and 1 cafe within few minutes walk. Weekend has pasar malam few food stalls night market too. Opposite the hotel has a cheap place for playing billiards. Highly recommended. Staff service is good. Would definitely be back.

I could stay here a month. Best part of the rooms is the private pool. Being able to cool off after a walk or visit to the beach is great. Excellent location, 3 mins walk to Lagoi Bay beach, Plaza Lagoi with it's shops, and bars is just over the road. The breakfast is included and there is a good selection of Asian food and some western food but I really like an Asian breakfast. The rooms are clean and tidy, the staff are friendly and welcoming and overall it's really nice. My only criticism is some things are a little tired or not quite finished off. The edges of the tiles getting into the pool are sharp and would just need the edge rounding off with a grinder to make it safer and the steps into the pool could do with one more step down as it's quite a big step from the lowest step to the pool bottom. It's only very minor stuff that stopped me giving it 5 stars but overall I love it here
