The reception staff are very friendly. Chinese speaking. The rooms access are accessible by a staircase or elevator ? with card access. Total 9 floor minus no 4th floor on the indicators. 6 rooms per floor. We managed to get the room with front facing (a church). Rooms size considered compact with 1 space to fully open a luggage. There’s bathtub and bath salts provided. Showers essentials are also provided including a hairdryer. The most comfortable is the warmer WC ? with bidet functions. 3-in plugs, 2-pin plug and USB ready. There’s a beverage counter at the ground floor lift lobby area. There’s also washing machines and dryer with detergents provided. The windows are not so sound resistance so motorcycles ?️ zoom pass can disturb your sleep ?. Overall, it’s a clean place.

Loved this hotel! The room is clean, and the toilet is also very clean. It has the TOTO toilet bowl ?, it has a shower and bathtub separated. Although the shower space is quite compact, but it's ok. It has a Sony tv which can connect netflix as well.. downsides is the bed is easily moved when turn around and the pillow also considers flat.. they have free laundry machine and drying machine. But the dryer is spoiled.. clothes were not dried up.. Even though there are some downsides, but i gave it a 5-Star so to encourage the hotel to serve better!

Great stay at K Hotels! The rooms are clean, modern, and well-maintained. I really appreciated the thoughtful details—like free bottled water, anti-skid tiles in the bathroom (a big plus!), and a great shower with good water pressure. The hotel feels safe and comfortable, with a minimalist but stylish vibe. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it’s definitely a solid, dependable place to stay with everything you need. Would absolutely come back next time I’m in Taiwan. Check in after 3 pm

The hotel is really value for money. Booked via trip.com and it came to below 7k NTD per night. The room may not be the most spacious, but is very clean, and have all the essentials you will require. The lobby has bottled water and hot water facilities, along with tea bags, coffee capsules, small snacks, and they have both a washer and dryer with laundry detergent and bag provided too. Location wise, it's about below 200 NTD for an uber to ximending for guidance. Though parking is not inclusive, there's plenty of street and underground parking available. Overall a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend for it's value for money.

Clean and cosy hotel. Modern with coffee and snacks available on the ground floor. In addition, Clyde was very polite and helpful with our enquiries as well, gave us recommendations for activities and eateries around the hotel! Highly recommended.
