Great experience! Clean, amazing location, good customer service. Bathroom could feel like a sauna sometimes and the door entrance is beeping but you have privacy, its pretty quiet during the night, you get to change towel once per stay, you get free coffee and biscuits, drinkable water. I had a great stay! A mix of hotel with hostel.

We have been meaning to try a capsule hotel, and Jyu was perfect.. so close to some great food and public transport. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and better than advertised. Set yourself the right expectations and you will enjoy your stay. I'm tall and large with lower back issues and found it perfect for a short stay. Great job guys.

Perfect location, great cleanliness, neat capsule very comfortable and cosy. A little bit too cold on the ac, and the service was great, very helpful for everything i asked. Just hope people stay there would also take good care of the bathroom cleanliness and not forget to flush and be more mindful to other guests because they can be a bit loud in the middle of the night.

Brand new spanking clean place, well designed for the most part. Communication with reception is tricky and confusing. They don‘t have a single universal outlet or usb-c outlet anywhere. Location is alright, but Chinatown isn‘t the best place to see / stay around here!

My first time in a capsule hotel was a good surprise. The hotel is extremely clean. I could sleep well in my capsule, it is not too small, i could sit in it. Only the space for a suitcase in the room was too small. All in all i can recommend the capsule hotel.
