This was our favorite hotel during our 2 week Taiwan trip! The decor is trendy and our teens loved it. The rooms are spacious for a family of 4. Water filler on every floor with the coldest water we encountered (4c) which was perfect in hot July. Complimentary self-service laundry and workout room were helpful. Breakfast has lots of options which we all enjoyed. Will stay here again on our next visit.

Our room got upgraded for free from a double single to a double queen room, which was so comfortable. The services are excellent and the concierge are both efficient and professional. Hotel is 350m from Metro station as well. 10/10 will stay here again for my next visit in Kaohsiung.

Stayed in a room with 2 double beds as a family of 5 with a 3, 5 & 7 year old for 2 nights. Can't really comment about location because we ended up using Uber and private hires. We enjoyed being near a night market and not too far from the central park. We visited the marine museum in Ken Ting from this hotel. Room was great, comfy and a nice place to return to. I was concerned with traffic noise at night as soundproofing isn't great and we looked out on the main street, but after drawing the curtains, it was more like white noise. Laundry facilities have limited hours but the washer and detergent are free, driers are chargeable at 1TWD a minute. The gym is really just for running/cycling. Breakfast buffet was great! And while we never got to use the cafe at the lobby, it looked good. Nice bonus for the kids was a train set at the lobby they played with more than once a day! I do wish they'd provide conditioner and lotion but in their effort to be more environmentally conscious, they've done away with lots of that.

Located just 3-5 mins walk from KS station. LH night market is within 10 mins walk. Super convenient. Rooms are very clean. Staff are very friendly as well. Would recommend anyone wanting to visit KS

Everytime I visit Kaohsiung I always stay here. I like my first visit back to 2019, where room, service and everything is very good, including food quality... Room still good up to now, but some of service a bit not as nice as before, where they have english speaking staff that so friendly, including in dining area. Other service like luggage storage, room cleaning, still good. Food serving a bit low especially the fruit varieties n veggies they serve. Overall I still want to back here again next time.
