The best part is the friendly, caring staff! They helped with luggage going up the stairs. They reserved a lower room for my parents. The balcony room was spacious and beautiful, lovely views! The bathroom is a bit small and smelled but not a big deal. The location is really convenient.

4 Stars due to location. Room was big, we paid for one with balcony which came with a small balcony but nice. Tv has channel but unclear reception plus the hdmi port did not work for me to connect to my Netflix decide. Water pressure is good. Ac is good. Does not include daily water or coffee. Location is right in front of the palace. Great location near foods. No lift so walking to 4th floor is painful. Nice staff though. Would be helpful if there are hooks for hanging stuff. Even bathroom has none. Surprisingly quiet though in street front.
