The rooms are spacious and everything was very clean. They leave you cute cards and bottled water every day. You also have tea in the room and all the other necessary stuff. The staff was really kind and we got to check in few hours earlier, without a charge and also left our bags at the hotel the last day. It was quiet and pleasant stay. The location is good, as there are stations in the near and also everything is in walking distance. If I visit Singapore again I would be staying here again. Amazing!

We checked in on February 23, 2025 evening. The staff is very friendly and helpful to show us where Dhoby Gaut MRT Station and Plaza Singapura are. We are so happy that both are so close by. It takes only 5 minutes to reach the station and 8 minutes to reach the mall. We didn't even have to cross the street but just pass through the station to get to the mall. The room we booked was a Deluxe room and it has 2 bedside tables for both of my husband's and my cpap machines. Even though the hotel doesn't have coffee shops and swimming pool, but only a very small gym, we are quite happy with the spacious and tidy room. We can even refill drinking water at the 2/L where the gym is even though the housekeeping does refill 2 bottles of drinking water everyday and replace the towels and toiletries. We can also borrow umbrellas if needed and request the staff to help us book a taxi during our checkout. It only took 5 minutes for the taxi to arrive. We stayed there for seven nights and it made us felt home away from home. We will definitely book in Ji Hotel next time we come back to Singapore.

Good value hotel stay for Singapore. Looks newly refurbished, just taken over by the Chinese chain I think. Good laundry facility is a plus. Location is optimal for me, having lived in Singapore for years before and visiting again now. Some bits need to be worked out by management, like the TV setup and screen projection. I strongly encourage the hotel management to hold their supplier, Singtel to higher standards.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel—clean rooms, great amenities, and a perfect location. The highlight was the exceptional service, especially from Ashraf, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always went above and beyond. He truly made my stay special. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was beautiful, the atmosphere was perfect for a romantic getaway, and the service was outstanding.
