A Perfect 12 days trip started with perfect hotel Front Desk: The staffs at the are super friendly and knowledgeable. I feel that the way they treat guests as if they were the customers themselves; so they will fulfill the request as best as they could. Room: The super convenience connecting rooms made our 12 days trip easy to check on the kids. The room is spacious with comfortable queen size bed (it feels like a King IMO) & 2 single in the kids room. We stayed on the 10th floor but hardly hear any noise from the street. Location: The location of the hotel is very ideal for our trip with friend / family mostly in the HK Island. 3 minutes walking distance to MTR or 5-10 min to tram / bus Gym: must check out the gym on the 28th floor, fabulous views. Worth mentioning – Billy, a very pleasant young fellow with passion

Rooms are decent. The staff was really helpful to manage our luggages before check in time and also managed to get us checked-in earlier than we’re supposed to be. The breakfast options were great too. The hotel is 3 minutes away from the nearest MTR which is great for travellers ???

Breakfast is great, view from the 19th floor and the pool excellent but windows needed cleaning so you could see it better. Toilet setup is weird, individual stall with glass walls meant everyone in the room could hear you at the toilet. Staff were all lovely, at reception, cleaning and pool staff. Rooms are getting a little worn, wooden cupboards need refinishing. Great location of visiting HKU. Shopping mall nearby and lots on interesting local shops and restaurants/cafes. Very convenient to the HKU MTR stop, just a few steps from B2 exit.

The room of similar type (we selected Deluxe Queen Bed) is small compared to other hotels that we have stayed. It gets crowded even with one additional kid (4 year old), when you start unpacking. Breakfast was good with enough variety and the service is good too. The staff are friendly and take care of any special requirements. Overall a good experience.

A lovely hotel with all the amenities one might need. It didn't seem crowded at all which we really enjoyed. The harbour view from our room was fantastic and finally, Billy from the reception team went above and beyond to make what was a special occasion trip even more special. Thank you very much.
