Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We booked here 2 nights to recover from our jet leg at the beginning of our trip and it was the perfect spot for this. We showed up early for our check in and they stored our bags for us and gave us access to the amenities so we hung out at the pool until our room was ready. The pool area is large and spacious with lots of seating and tables on the one side to eat at. The gym is large and had lots of different equipment and large windows letting in tons of light. Breakfast was included and had a wide variety of good food. Our room was very spacious and nice, the bed was very comfortable which was perfect for catching up on sleep. We also had a good view from our balcony. The only disappointing part was that the zoom sky bar was closed the whole time we were there and that was half the reason we booked this place. They do however have a different bar just one floor below the zoom sky bar that was open and still gave good views out the one side, just not the rooftop 360 degree views we were hoping for.

I recently stayed here with my family in a 2 bedroom suite and I honestly had a great time. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was cleaned everyday with new towels, sheets and water and the location worked for us. I visited the spa and enjoyed a relaxing massage as well as using the pool and gym facilities. I took a star away only to due to the fact that the hotel room could do with a little updating, it needs a lick of paint and the bathroom could do with re-grouting and the sofa and carpets had stains on them but if none of that bothers you then I recommend you come and stay here. Also the pool is absolutely freezing! View from the pool is stunning but the roof top bar is closed for renovation so it would have been nice to no that in advance although we did visit the restaurant which had amazing views at night.

Great location - grabs are cheaper. Amenities are pretty good, same as breakfast. Staff is super friendly - we were celebrating our honeymoon and got a free upgrade!!! Only downside is that the rooms are a bit old - if they would renew them, this would be a world class hotel. Regardless, price/value, very recommended

Great 2 bedroom suites available for the bigger families. Lovely pool. Gym available, too. Very good buffet breakfast and convenient bar meals, albeit they are a bit pricey. This hotel could do with a refurbishment to get back to 5 star but is still good and worth it. Easy enough to get e everywhere. The sky train station is a 10-15 minute walk. Easy access to most tourist attractions via public transport
