A very good hotel, with a smiling, welcoming staff that makes for a good start to your stay. I have no complaints about the hotel and its services. However, I would have imagined the bathroom to be more spacious and functional, in contrast to the rest of the room, which was very spacious and bright. Very happy with my stay at this hotel.

We had a pleasant stay for 3 nights at Jambuluwuk hotel and had a wonderful mother & daughter vacation. The staff are super friendly , very helpful and always smile & great make comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The room is spacious and cozy. I really love the scent of shower gel & body lotion. I wanted to buy but the hotel said it not for sale. Overall is worth everything i pay

stayed here alone for a solo 2 day vacation. I'd say this is the best hotel for the price range. the room is spacious & clean! AC & shower work just fine. love the water pressure. the only downside is the lowest room type has a window but you can't open it or see anything from the inside. and the hotel only has 1 elevator so it's very inconvenient during busy time

Enjoyed this 3 night stay. The hotel has some good food options in the restaurant adjacent to the lobby. The cafe also has some nice bakery options. The rooms are super spacious and we found our stay quiet overall. Standard small bathroom for a city hotel. Location is really close to Sarinah mall and also some other outlets The staff here were exceptionally polite and any requests were tended to promptly, especially the girl on reception who checked us in. I would stay again if in Jakarta.
