For budget hotel at Kuta area, I think this hotel is one of good options. Value for Money. Need maintenance: Many power outlet has broken. Staff says that it cable inside wall had problems. So they supply with extension cable cord for customer. They know but they no have willing to repair now. Budget problem.. Hot Shower is OK. AC is OK. Wifi is OK. TV channel is OK Bed and linen are clean. Toilet is a little bit old. Plastic lid at bidet is yellowing. Sink is broken. Car Parking is OK Access to everywhere

This place has been my to go when i came back from abroad, or when i waited to go back. I mostly do longstay. Loving the location, very strategic. I could walk around Kuta area. Easy to find too, and close by the airport. The vibes are nice. Semara from the front office has been very nice and gives outstanding service. It’s not a 5 star hotel, yet he’s the only one i recognize to fit the hospitality. And will bring good impact for the business. He always greet and smile, he remembered that i stayed there previously, calling me politely by my name and checking on me everytime i came to the lobby, even when i came there to only borrow an ashtray, he would came and asked me how my day was, if anything he can helps to make my stay better. The rest of the team has been very nice too, but Semara is the best! I stayed in this hotel pretty much often. Could recommend this place for a practical stay.

Everyone there super friendly, We liked the breakfast. But dont forget its mainstreet Kuta so very noisy and Lot of Traffic, but u can reach everything by foot. We Loved it, Just the roomes could be a Bit more Clean :)
