We had a very lovely stay at J Holiday Inn, it is conveniently located just outside of the business of Krabi town. The rooms are well maintained and quiet, and the breakfast in the morning is delicious. Would recommend!

First and foremost, the location is great, close to all the necessities you'd require during a stay. It's minutes of walking to markets, convenient stores and a beach. Next, the rooms are very comfortable. And the bathroom is clean, doesn't smell, and works just fine. They will ask permissions first to clean your rooms too. The service is wonderful. The staffs here are friendly and helpful, and polite. Please treat them with respect, as I personally saw other tourists treat them poorly. The staffs here all love their job, and it shows. In the morning, free make your own coffee is provided, as well as some pineapple tart cookies, you can order local food and they charge really well so no, you're not overpaying. Didn't plan to rent a motorcycle but it was so affordable, we had to for the experience. Helmets are provided. And there's birds on the premise that sings in the morning, so just imagine how relaxed my husband and our friends were during our stay. We had an absolute great time during our stay here at J Holiday Inn and we can't wait to come back again soon. Thank you to all the staffs and managing people at J Holiday Inn! ??

Came here about a week ago with friends and had an amazing two-night stay. ❤️ To be blunt: ignore all, if not most, of the negative comments about the staff and the accomodation. We arrived at night and were greeted warmly by the owner and staff, before checking in to our rooms. I feel that those complaining are quite unreasonable because at the price the rooms go for, you can't possibly expect a 5 star suite? Not that the rooms were bad, not at all, they were comfortable, clean, and definitely worth the price you pay. You can even hear the birds chirping in the morning when you wake up! These birds can talk, by the way, which was very amusing to us. All in all, we found nothing wrong with our rooms and we felt like the stay was definitely worth our money. The owner was really kind and helpful, so were the staff. We did not have a single issue with their service. They were nothing but polite to us and we were all smiles during our stay! We asked the owner for travel tips + recommendations on where to go and we were given great suggestions. There is also free coffee/ovaltone available as well as freshly cooked Thai food that were really tasty and definitely reasonably priced. The next time my friends and I come to Krabi, we will definitely book this place again. Great location away from rowdy tourists and clubs, walking distance from amenities like 7-eleven, and they also have cute scooters to rent if you want to venture to Krabi town by bike.

Room - The room & bathroom are clean. More like a homestay vibe. They provide 2 water bottles everyday. Tissue, towels, sachet shampoo and mini soap bars are given. The bed and pillow are comfortable. They don't provide hair dryer (not an issue). Breakfast - Our room comes with free breakfast. There are 4 sets of choices for their breakfast menu, each person can pick one. For vegetarians, they can pick Set 3 or 4. The only drawback is the cleanliness at the dining area. Some tables are sticky and dusty. Just carry a wet tissue to wipe it. There are a few 7-11 stores nearby and halal restaurants. If you walk about 10-15 minutes from the hotel, you will be able to see many restaurants and a shopping center. Fri-Sun, there's Krabi Town Night Market (closes at 10 pm). You can easily get Grab/Bolt/inDrive in this area.

Comfortable and quiet place to stay in Krabi town for a really cheap price. The rooms and bathrooms were extremely clean and well kept. Had good sleep throughout our stay. They serve limited breakfast, although lunch and dinner are available upon request. Ideal place to stay if you wanna save up on budget. A trip to Ao Nang is ard 30mins by car from here. Recommended if you love peace and quiet in your stays.
