Check in 1 night because the highway traffic was so bad last night. During check in smooth.The reception Batrisyia and the guard was so helpful. But in the room hygiene is bad for me, as during sleep on the bed, my body got ithcy. I’m having sensitive skin and also see some stain at the blanket. But i ignored as tired and didn’t want to wait. The most unexpected and unbelievable for me, during check out this morning, the housekeeping said I’m making the stain. Even I check out I wash the mug? And u said I’m the one not hygiene here? But this scene make me unacceptable. If I know this early, I would ask housekeeping to change my blanket to the new one. And sorry to said, u didn’t reserved for the missing 1 star for this issue. Better to keep cleaning to your hotel for future service to client.
