I stayed at the renovated peak view. I seriously love the view from our room. We could see all the sky scrappers and the green area which makes it so amazing. Service was fantastic, house keeping brought stuffs to our room so quickly that me and my husband were like WHOA. Location wise, right above the mall, there is a great passage that you do not need to go out in the sun at all. It is also well connected to lots of MTR lines. It was perfect for us.

​This hotel is simply perfect in every aspect. ​The location is truly unbeatable. It's a short taxi ride from Hong Kong Station and is directly connected to Admiralty Station, making public transportation incredibly convenient. The fact that there's a shopping mall right below the hotel is another huge plus. ​The service is outstanding in every way. All the staff are friendly and professional, and their thoughtful attention to detail made our entire stay comfortable and relaxing. ​The rooms are always well-maintained and clean, and the views are absolutely fantastic. The harbor view, in particular, is breathtakingly beautiful. The opposite peak view is also wonderful. ​I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hong Kong. With its perfect location, top-notch service, and spectacular views, it is truly the best choice.

Every stay at the Island Shangri-La is perfection! From the doormen and reception to housekeeping, restaurants, and the gym, the staff are always attentive, professional, and kind. Even passing them in the elevator, you feel their genuine appreciation for guests. We travel a lot, but this remains our favorite hotel in the world. Thank you to the entire team for always going above and beyond—we can’t wait to come back!

Lovely hotel , the service is excellent & rooms are clean, modern & well presented. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you enjoy shopping as the centre is attached to it , with all the top brands . The view is beautiful too. They went out of their way to put a Halal menu for us too. Everyone is very helpful & courteous . I highly recommend the spa - Amy the Thai masseuse was outstanding . Nisha in the spa facility was very helpful.

I stayed at Island Shangri La for 15 nights and enjoyed every minute of it. Shangri La is located at Admiralty, which is the central hub of MTR. Every employee at he hotel did their best to deliver excellent and friendly service to me. I apologize for not remember everyone's name but here are a few examples: Umi at Cafe Too always kept my table clean at breakfast and brewed the best coffee to start my day. Miu would come around with the cart and recommend the freshly steamed dim sum with a brilliant smile. Leo at the egg station would put in my order of 3 over & easy eggs when he saw me approaching. Teresa in the gym kept all the equipment spotless. Mackey in the men's change room made sure that I had clean towel for sauna and a glass of cold water when I came out. Winnie (music team manager) at the Lobby Lounge enthusiastically explained how she put together the team, types of music they play, etc. Melanie at the front desk checked me out, explained the charges and even walked me out to the front door before saying goodbye. There is no shortage of 5-star hotels in Hong Kong and Shangri La is definitely one of the best when it comes to service. I will stay at the Shangri La if and when I visit HK again.
