Its in the middle of the city and you can get to everywhere within walking distance. There's convenient stores nearby, its a budget hotel so dont expect There's gonna be a 5 stars accommodation and facilities. But the room are very clean and no defects at all. The front office worker Dishang or Dishan, are very polite and helpful, we make reservations with 2 different name and he help us to get room next to each other, even help us with our lots of questions abt penang since its our first time here. The supervisor also help us with parking questions since there's limited parking space.

I have been coming to Penang every few months for the past year and this is now my go-to hotel here. The owner and people working here are very kind, friendly and always try to help. They went above and beyond when I was applying for a visa - I couldn’t have done it without them. The whole building is very clean and the rooms simple and well appointed. The location is fantastic, near the Blue Mansion and a short walk to any of the central Georgetown sights. I look forward to my next visit.

it's good but the lift need to be better, it's very slow & small, looks dangerous too, the rooms are fine & the price is reasonable
