Positives: 1) location, location, location, 2) courteous, helpful staff, 3) spacious room with much storage, 4) free bottles drinking water, 5) same day laundry service (cheaper next day laundry options available outside the hotel). Western/Thai breakfast buffet is convenient, but I found local options within several minutes walk to be better at lower cost. Negatives: 1) room safe too small for laptop, 2) furniture is dated but functional, 3) limited overhead lighting at sink 4) no AC in lobby

Big rooms, big beds, spacious bathrooms. Controllable aircon. Strong hot water, no smells. Clean. Daily housekeeping. Rooms sound proofed. My room has a balcony - perfect for clothes drying. Enough outlets for charging. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Rotating hot choices. Several juices. Eggs any way. Staff will make an espresso style coffee to order. Top level pool and gym are excellent. Pool is large and one section is deep. Great for exercise. Plenty of loungers. Location can’t be beaten. Short direct walk to the beach. On the main baht bus route along Second Road (Pattaya Sai Song). Yup, an older hotel. But most are in Pattaya. Look beyond that!

Stayed here for the second time for 5 days. The whole experience was great. Keep up the good work.
