My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Intercontinental Hotel Robertson while celebrating his 50th birthday. The rooms were incredibly luxurious, and everything met the highest standards. We especially looked forward to breakfast each morning at the Publico restaurant, the beautiful setting, delicious food, and warm, welcoming staff made it a highlight of our trip. A special mention goes to Phyllis, who stood out for her exceptional service, she remembered our room and our favorite teas, which made us feel truly valued. I highly recommend this hotel!

Good location for exploring Singapore. Not a lot of benefits for IHG Diamond Ambassador. Got a higher floor but the same room. Breakfast is good but in a separate location up the street. Special mention to Hisham at breakfast who was very helpful. There is a small but adequate gym. Very good staff in general. Worth a visit.

Stayed at the InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay and overall had a great experience. The hotel is stylish, modern, and located in a vibrant area with beautiful riverside views, cafes, and restaurants all around. The room, while very well-appointed and thoughtfully designed, was definitely on the smaller side. That said, everything inside was top notch—from the comfy bed and high-quality linens to the smart lighting and sleek bathroom. It’s clear a lot of care went into the details. Breakfast was the one area that could use improvement. While the spread looked elegant, there were no vegetarian options beyond basic fruits and bread, and no Indian food at all, which was a bit disappointing given the hotel’s international profile. Service was excellent throughout, and the hotel has a premium feel that’s consistent with the InterContinental brand. With slightly larger rooms and a more inclusive breakfast menu, this could easily be a five-star experience.

We had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay. Our room was very clean and comfortable with fantastic views from our window. The breakfasts were fantastic as was the restaurant both with great service. The afternoon teas and evening canapes were amazing. The staff were always pleasant and helpful especially Nicholas who always greeted us by our names. It is in a good location a 10min walk to the MRT. A great place to stay.

Stayed here for 2D1N staycation to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The receptionist was very thoughtful to upgrade our room to higher level and even provided us with free breakfast! (we booked for a room without breakfast). Had an exceptional service from the staffs who helped to decorate the room for my hubby’s birthday. Thank you for the lovely stay, Intercontinental!
