I recently had the pleasure of staying at InterContinental Pattaya Resort, 9 Feb 2025 and it was a truly exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the warm and professional service from the staff stood out. Every member of the team was attentive, courteous, and always ready to assist, making my stay feel effortless and enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Both the rooms and public areas were maintained to the highest standards, ensuring a comfortable and refreshing environment. The resort itself is beautifully maintained, with lush gardens and stunning sea views adding to the overall ambience. The facilities were excellent, and the attention to detail in every aspect of the resort made for a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend InterContinental Pattaya Resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway in Thailand.

The hotel is located on a hillside with an amazing view of the sea. The property is really well-maintained, and you can tell they take care of things here. I got upgraded from a Classic King room to a newly renovated Junior Suite, which was super spacious and modern. The only thing I missed was a desk for working. The balcony, though, with a view of the grounds and the sea, was perfect for relaxing. Breakfast and room service were top-notch – no complaints at all. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, always available when needed. I’ll definitely be coming back!

A Peaceful Retreat with Excellent Service – Almost Perfect We stayed here during Thailand’s long holiday weekend, which was also the last one before the school term started. I expected most large or high-rise hotels in Pattaya to be crowded and noisy, but I was looking for a peaceful getaway after a long month of work. Since I was also traveling with my parents, I wanted somewhere quiet and relaxing—and this hotel did not disappoint. In fact, it exceeded our expectations. The hillside location offers a tranquil atmosphere. We booked dinner at the hotel restaurant to avoid going out, and unexpectedly, a strong storm rolled in during our meal. As the restaurant is open-air by the beach, the rain and wind came in quite strongly. However, the staff handled the situation with incredible calm and professionalism. Truly impressive. Breakfast was excellent, just as expected from the InterContinental brand. From the moment we arrived—valet service, check-in, being escorted to our room, dinner, and breakfast—the staff were attentive and welcoming. The only minor downside was during check-out. The staff’s attitude at that point felt a little off, which slightly affected the otherwise flawless experience. It wasn’t a major issue, but it’s the one thing that kept the stay from being perfect. Still, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking peace, quality service, and a more serene experience in Pattaya.

Had a lovely weekend getaway with the family at InterContinental Pattaya. From the moment we arrived, all the staff were warm, cordial, and helpful — their service truly made our stay special. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — a perfect place to unwind. The Club Lounge was a highlight with its excellent service and relaxing atmosphere. Whatever we requested, it was taken care of promptly and graciously. The service there was top-notch, and the team made us feel so well looked after. We also really enjoyed the food, especially dishes under Chef Vi’s care — everything was thoughtfully prepared and delicious. A wonderful stay overall. Can’t wait to visit again soon!

Free accommodation is available for children under 12 years of age, but additional charges apply for children older than that.
