A delightful stay at the InterContinental Grand Stanford. This hotel wins big on two fronts: breakfast and location. The breakfast is excellent—generous, varied, and genuinely tasty. From fresh fruit and pastries to made-to-order eggs and Asian specialties, everything was well-prepared and promptly replenished. The service team at breakfast is attentive without being intrusive, which makes starting the day here a pleasure. The location is another highlight. It’s close to great dining, shopping, and waterfront walks, with easy access to public transport and key sights. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, it’s a convenient base for exploring the city. If there’s a drawback, it’s the style of the rooms and some common areas. The decor feels a bit old-fashioned and could use a modern refresh. While the rooms are clean and comfortable, a renovation would elevate the experience to match the hotel’s otherwise high standards. Overall, I’d happily stay again. The superb breakfast, friendly service, and prime location outweigh the dated design. With a thoughtful update to the rooms, this would be close to perfect.

Great stay! The room was spacious and waterfront, right next to the Avenue of Stars. The location was perfect—close to everything. I loved the ferry ride, and the food at Teo Hung Tea House was amazing. Love chicken congee and Xialong Bao

A fantastic stay at the InterContinental Grand Stanford. I stayed 10 days at the InterContinetal Hotel Grand Stanford Hong Kong. The room was excellent plenty of space. The hotel has plenty of amenities. Pool Gym etc. I have previously sent a review of the 2 great restaurants that you would be advised to try. I must mention how wonderful the staff & service was. Staff were always cheerful professional being eager to please. If you need any advice the concierge’s are very good. I. Would definitely recommend this hotel for an extended stay. The Hotel is located on the water edge with great views off the Harbour. Being in Kowloon (Mainland) you get a real local perspective of the area. I had the pleasure of having access to the club lounge. It is easily the best lounge I have stayed in. The staff are extremely attentive. The food is very good, 1 night I just ate in the lounge with taste food. To Frank, Alex, Trixie & Megamus thank you for making my stay extra special with your warm welcome each day & smiling goodbye. I will be. Back.

Nice hotel as expected of IHG. Clean, cosy and well located. There are two metro lines nearby, loads places to eat and the bay promenade for your morning jogging. About 15 minutes to ferry to the island. Room is spacious, service is great. We absolutely loved a local bar Tiffany's. If you appreciate a good and rare whisky, ask Rashid is very knowledgeable and introduce you to some good ones.
