Such a friendly welcome on check in and so helpful. Room was spotless and comfortable. Shower had a small leak (sealant between unit and toilet seemed to need replacing - room 257) but wasn’t an issue at all. Pool and spa pool was a great way to relax after a long drive and before an early flight the next day. Complimentary shuttle worked out great. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thanks.

Had such a great stay! Huge thanks to Michelle, Pasang, and Bonnie at the reception. They were so friendly, helpful, and made everything super smooth from check-in to check-out. The hotel itself is really nice, and my room was cozy, clean, and super comfortable. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

I loved everything about this spacious hotel commencing with the friendly, efficient & professional reception staff. I booked the superior queen room & found the room immaculately clean with a very comfortable bed & a bathroom with a wonderful shower & first class amenities. The hotel runs a shuttle service to Perth airport which is located nearby & a seven minute drive away. Will certainly use this hotel again when in Perth.

Hotel room was clean, modern and spacious. I didn't have any issues with noise. Short transit to airport provided by the hotel shuttle. If you need to get to the airport early, this is a great option. There were a couple of issues with the shuttle: 1) for pick up from the airport, waited over 30 mins and the driver said he got sent to the wrong place, 2) for drop off the driver had been told we were all going to qantas, but in fact I told the front desk on booking the shuttle that I was going to Virgin.
