This hotel advertises itself as a 4-star, but I’d say it’s more of a solid 3-star experience. The aisles and common areas are not well-maintained, with noticeable wear and tear. My room had blotchy walls, and the carpet under the bed hadn’t been cleaned. The strong, sticky smell in the room was unpleasant and quite off-putting. However, the shower was a highlight—water pressure was excellent, and the temperature was perfect. For solo travelers who don’t spend much time in the hotel, I think it’s pretty decent. The location is fantastic, and the staff made a difference. A lady with blue eyes, in particular, was extremely empathetic and supportive, helping me find a room with a less overpowering smell. I wouldn’t recommend it for couples, though, as the overall condition of the room might not set the right mood. That said, the price-to-value ratio is quite good, especially for those who just need a convenient place to sleep.
Cozy hotel, super comfy bed and pillows. Toilet is squeaky clean. Personally I would have rated a 4 star rating but one thing I found during my 1 night stay here has deterred me from doing so. There was a clog in the shower, covered with a lump of hair. I checked in quite late around 10pm-ish so I was definitely expecting an amazing warm shower but this just turned that a bit off. I did not bother to call for housekeeping so I just cleared it myself. But overall, it was a pleasant stay with reasonable price in the heart of Bukit Bintang (Changkat area). Recommended place to stay for you and your family.
