Spacious car parking. Big rooms,clean and got serai odour that smells nice. Friendly security. Friendly trolley guy. But the front desk guy was not too friendly,hardly to smile,even pass the extra key room without look at me. Perhaps hotel management can educate how to smile and how to welcome guest. Overall satisfied.

Room was extremely clean and comfortable to stay. The water volume in bathroom is large so the shower is really nice. Only drawback was that the pool is facing a cemetery which some may not be fond of.

Very excellent Hotel services. I'm very happy until now stay in Impiana Hotel, I'm on temporary work duty in Johor Bahru for 1 month, and I'm staying here. The breakfast is delicious, and also the shuttle service is dynamic, the hotel room is comfortable and all the hotel staff are very friendly. Maybe what needs to be improved is the breakfast variety, so that you can change it every day. Overall best hotels in Johor Bahru.

I’m really enjoy stay here with my kids during Mother’s Day Eve promo. This hotel have kids zone & swimming pool.. My kids really enjoy playing & swimming. The staff give me flower during dinner buffet for Mother’s Day Eve and they have Live cooking from the chef. Love it ❤️
