Gorgeous hotel right on the river. Even better during cherry blossom season. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in (and not the most expensive). The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel seems brand new and is so clean. It was so easy to relax and be present.

Spectacular hotel by the river side in Osaka city. I love the peaceful vicinity and the luxurious of the hotel. The service is undeniable excellent and the room is so comfortable. It is not far from the Osaka castle and the shopping area if traveling in train. Superb location for relaxing holiday, highly recommended if you want to stay away from crowded central of Osaka, and still easy access to the must visit attractions and shopping district.

Very well situated, close to the main shopping street of Osaka. Very comfortable and quiet rooms (at least the one that I got). I did not try the breakfast service but the rest of services and amenities were perfect to me. I was asked to pay extra accommodation taxes because they told me it is compulsory in Osaka for tourists.

The best part of this hotel is the warmth and the friendliness of the staff. You get to feel the Japanese welcome always whenever youre inside the hotel. They are very accommodating in our requests and I really have good sleep every night ? It is a bit expensive to stay here and everyone who hears we stay here is amazed but the view is spectacular. The room is big enough for us and the amenities are superb. I love the bamboo brush and the body towel as well. Very clean hotel. The closest station is Sakuranomiya Station but a few minutes walk is Ogimachi Station from the hotel. There are Lawsons and 7/11 outside.

Luxurious hotel in Osaka on the river. Beautiful views of the river & city. Good breakfast buffet, delicious food. Stay on the executive floor for access to Japanese breakfast restaurant & executive lounge. Excellent service.
