Staffs are really nice, friendly, and helpful. They're very accommodating to guests. Hotel located near the airport, so very convenient if you travel by plane. Only downside is probably the cleanliness. This hotel doesnt seem to have busy occupancy, so i can feel the room was cleaned probably week before, so when we arrived, i could feel dust on the floor,table and other area. Buffet of Indonesian food available during breakfast is really nice. However the bread&pastry option isn't as good. Overall, given the price, this is a good hotel

This is our 5th times stay. Since the 1st visit till now, i found that the hotel is comfortable. Friendly staffs. And also flexible in every guest requirement. Breakfast is always nice and tasty. The price and quality match fully like you get what you pay for and I find it fully enough it was always available for when I couldn't find places closer to where I need to be I really like the place for what it is

1 star less coz the check-in is too late. Other than that a good place and location.

The hotel just 10 minutes from the airport. The staff is so friendly. They have pool in hotel area. But some facilities not working well, like the elevator, there is a leak in the bathroom. But the price is cheap, so it's worthed.
