Being among other branded hotels in the area, we chose IIDL due to the good value for their suites. Size of the suite was good and the king size bed was comfortable. Only very slightly outdated facilities but doesn't affect the stay at all and still great value for the price. Everything generally clean and housekeeping are swift, friendly and provide all the essentials needed.

Service was great and from the security to the reception to the housekeeping you'll always get a polite greeting, smile and helpful attitude

Would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend to people wanting a good size suite for good value

It is located near the delhi noida border adjacent to a shopping complex and in vicinity to Crown Plaza and Holiday Inn hotels. Good for organizing social functions or business events. Rooms and food are descent. It does have a valet parking. It's a great value place

My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. I had to deal with mosquitoes every night, which made it difficult to get a proper night’s rest. Despite raising complaints daily, the only solution offered was an additional plug-in mosquito repellent, which did little to address the underlying issue.

Moreover, the washing machine door and sink drain were rusted, which was rather unpleasant to see.

I requested a room change, but unfortunately, I was told that it was not possible.

The breakfast menu was also below expectations. After such an unsatisfactory stay, I see no reason to return. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this hotel and have no plans to visit again.

THEFT ALERT..!! Unfortunately it was my personal experience but its true. There was a theft of cash by one of the hotel staffs during my stay but in my absence, my room was accessed twice unauthorized and i have proof of the same by way of room access logs and CCTV footage. What was more astonishing is that even after seeing all the proof the senior executive of the hotel is of no help and did not give me any compensation for my loss and they just ran away from the situation. Moreover thay told me give a written complaint on which they will conduct a so called inquiry. I did the same but later i found out that for this they gave me contact/email of a hotel staff who is totally unaware about the matter. I don't really recommend staying at this hotel unless its very urgent and you don't find any other hotel to stay in Delhi. Please keep your valuables safe as hotel staffs and management cannot be trusted on this. Buffet breakfast option is available.

I recently stayed at IIDL Suites, Delhi for 4 nights, expecting a 5-star experience, but unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed due to the management’s poor attitude and unfair charges.

During our stay, my kid accidentally left a few marks on the sofa—something that could have been easily cleaned with a standard cleaning agent. However, instead of handling the situation reasonably, the manager/assistant manager insisted on charging me the price of an entirely new sofa. Despite my attempts to discuss the matter, it was clear that the manager was more interested in squeezing extra money out of guests rather than offering fair customer service. To avoid unnecessary arguments, I paid the charge, but I certainly did not expect this from a supposedly high-end hotel.

This experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Beware of management that prioritizes profit over hospitality. There are far better hotels that actually value their guests.
