This hotel is great! I landed around 5am, so I arroved at the hotel from the airport very early. Gian and the others working the lobby desk let me check my bags so I could explore the city until my room was ready. Before heading out, I had breakfast, and there was a huge selection of tasty and fresh food and drinks. I ended up having a dinner and another breakfast at the hotel, and the food was always great. The restaurant staff were always very welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean. I'd stayed at other Ibis hotels in Europe, but this one has way nicer rooms! The room was bigger than expected. Everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable! The hotel is also very close to the National Monuments, and it is very easy to catch a ride or walk to public transport to get anywhere else in the city. Overall, the hotel is very clean and safe, has a great location, the food is amazing, and most importantly the staff are all super nice, helpful, and fantastic! Thank you for everything!

the water faucet in my room is kinda leaking so it's annoying. other than that, all is fine and cool. breakfast is okay.

Great Hotel. Modern and lively style. The room is small, but it's comfortable. I had a good sleep, great breakfast with local touch. The staff are friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check out at 1pm, and allowed to keep our baggage there before really exiting the airport. Location - its walkaway to Tanah Abang shopping mall. Just 5 min walk. Easy access to good local eatery. Grand Indonesia and Thamrin City Mall are also near but best to take Grab.

This is my first time to visit Ibis Styles Tanah Abang Jakarta. I felt very welcome and my room was upgraded. Thank you for the receptionist (I'm sorry that I forgot the name of the officer) who help me during my stay.
