IBIS hotel is wonderful. All staff and services are perfect. They have a two restaurants and so many various delicious foods you can choose what food you like. The stay was unexceptional because the service was great. Our deluxe room with a city view. modern and clean overlooking the city . The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room included thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water and coffee machine. The staff were outstanding welcoming at check-in, quick to offer help, and very knowledgeable about local attractions and restaurant. The food at the zurna at M floor was scrumptious with too many variables.

Staying for hajj. Was transferred from another hotel after experiencing terrible service. This hotel is exceptionally good. Food and cleanliness is top notch. Cons- hard to find anyone on the reception for assistance. Tried calling the reception on several occasions but no one picks up the phone. Pros- Room service is decent, very friendly and actively involved hotel manager who even checks out staff services during meal times. Cleanliness. AC functioning well. Room has no smells. Toilets are clean. Mosque. 2x restaurants. Charger port for all 4 beds in the room. Multiple power points. Good insulation. Overall I would recommend this place specifically for hajj.

Muhammad Zaki has great customer service. He is very patient and kind towards everyone. The food is amazing at the restraunt and all the staff are so kind and genuine in serving you. This was the best buffet I have been to.
