Room was comfortable and spacious. Room was clean so is the bathrooms. There was no menu for room service. No issue with the rooms. Breakfast buffet can be better. Not a wide range of selection unlike other hotels. During breakfast there was no staff taking care of the area in case any guest requires assistance. But overall it was a good stay.

The gym was very small, only had 2 treadmills, an elliptical machine, an exercise bike, and a technogym unica. Was expecting at least some dumbbells, but there wasn't any. The room looks pretty good and modern. sheets were not very clean, though a staff member was promptly sent to the room to change it after informing reception. The hotel is very kid friendly, has a pool that is more catered towards children, and has lots of kids around. Which is good for families to stay in. However, I had a hard time sleeping through the night as I could hear a child screaming and crying a few rooms over.

Nice clean rooms. Certainly ibis style standards. Bit far from all the places i needed to go such as mall , eateries. Service is good and have room for improvement compared to other hotels in batam
