Amazing hotel! The rooms are very comfortable, and the staff very helpful (looking on websites and calling locations to help us plan our visits). Bayu was in charge of the planning for my birthday, and we were left speechless by the huge amount of effort put in. The room looked incredibly (so many balloons and glitters), and the cake with candles was delicious! Thank you so much, it was a day to remember! ✨️?

The hotel looks old, but still comfortable to me. The room was spacious for me and I took the double bed. The room provides amenities, room sandals, tea, coffee, and a jar for collected mineral water in the dispenser in the hallway. I think it's worth the price. Breakfast was good but not much variation. The resto is only open for breakfast, so I guess there's no room service. But, don't worry because the hotel is in a strategic location, you can buy food in the nearest area or buy online. The hotel provides a spa/massage, but I didn't try.

Basic rooms that are good value for its location - my stay costs approx USD32 a night. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is no wardrobe. Just an “open plan” space to hang some clothes and a drawer for foldables. There is also no refrigerator of any size. There is a small cupboard that looks like it was made for a mini refrigerator but it’s now empty. No complementary bottled water. Only a small jug and a water dispenser by the elevator (you need to walk out and help yourself). Rather than the normal 4 pillows on a queen sized bed, they provide 2 pillows and 2 mini bolsters. Unusual but not a big deal. Bed is clean and comfortable. No universal plug point. All plug point are 2 round pins, so come prepared. There is an old styled in-room safe but it’s open with the lock stuck in a “locked” (extruded) position so can’t be used. Will check with staff later if can be reset and utilised. Small TV with local channels.

BUT IT IS DANGEROUS !!! VERY POOR SAFETY !!! I stayed on 30-Apr-25 for one night. At about 2am, someone was repeatedly ringing the doorbell and knocking on the door. When i opened it was a stranger, not a hotel staff, looking for some unknown person !!! How could they allow someone to go knocking on a guest's door in the middle of the night !!! There doesnt seem to be any securtity staff in the hotel. And i couldnt call hotel staff because the phone in the room was not working !!! For security reasons, i will not stay in this hotel ever again !!!
