Nice hotel if you're on a budget. They do not have special things like room service, pool, or gym. But if you're looking for an affordable, nice hotel in Surabaya this place is for you. The staff is very nice. Helped me get to my room 2 hours early because that's when I arrived. They also help with directions if you need to know something. There is a small cafe on the first floor with great coffee and snacks. Overall I recommend this place. Would stay again.

Very clean, comfortable and New hotel. Rooms are also perfect for just sleeping. They have a Nice space just above your bed over the pillow for charging your phone or gadget. TV has many channels that shows movies and tv shows. In the morning you can have a good caramel coffee for only 10k. So delicious. I really recommend this hotel If you are on a budget or just need a bed to sleep.

Check-in and check-out were both easy and effcient. Very clean and quiet room with everything needed, the bed was very comfortable. Love the idea that they provide glass bottled water and glasses to reduce plastic and paper. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Location is good, not too far from places I wanted to go. Very good value of money!

Good overall! Room was great, comfy. View was nice as well. But the staff are always smile less, no guest engagement. They just proceed check in and check out with low hospitality standard. Likewise they have very limited parking space lot. Better go by motor bike.

probably the most strategic place to stay, close to a lot of city points, malls, markets, even churches. Small parking space but the security is very helpful in car valet. Room is not spacious but enough to have a comfortable stay.
