Plenty of food options on the ground floor. The staff was nice and cooperative. The room was big and well maintained.

The room smell weird, the interior looks oldies but seems unmaintained, the shower room floor makes water stuck on it which is not really conveniet, the towel looks overused and some of them smell weid, very low amount of electric socket because they only have 2 spots which not recommended for those who working remotely or in a business trip and also not convenient for super high mobility or those who are super multitasking-ish person because when you want to boil hot water in one spot on the table you can doing charging or anything cause the other socket is close to the sink which could endanger yourself with water activity especially when you do phone charging or something with electricity. The only most convenient one is that this hotel is super near convenient store, cafes, restaurants, laundry, cultural center, and even public transport. But that's it. For me it's disappointing when you trust the international business hotel brand but neglecting many details out of the list ? I hope they make some improvement years ahead.

This is my trip from BKK, I stayed in Ibis Budget Cikini as transit before going home. I do not expect luxury in an Ibis Budget but I expect clean and the facilities to function well. This is far from clean. The linen and towel looks very worn-out as if this never been washed or always used in 10 years. Bath towel and mat is in terrible shape and very smelly. I requested a change, but the condition is still the same. The jet washer is leaking and floor drain in the bathroom is not functioning well, so the water stuck on the floor while showering. The room is shabby and very smelly, my Mom threw up. This is not the most cost-effective option in the area, but I trust the brand. And it was definitely wrong option. We want to change the hotel but we have 4 luggages with us and we were too tired to go after a long trip.

I’ve stayed in many Ibis hotels before, in many cities in Indonesia Malang, Surabaya, Semarang, Solo, even in Seoul and KL, I stayed in Ibis. I will of course stayed on those hotel, but will not in Ibis Budget Cikini. Very disappointing.
