This is a nice hotel with very spacious rooms and good amenities. My room had a couple seats in front of the television, at the foot of the bed. The bathroom was good, with some amenities as well. There were adequate plugs. The lighting buttons were a bit confusing but I eventually figured it out. The pool and hot tub are nice.

The best hotel so far that I’ve stayed in. Everything from the staffs, the room and the breakfast was great. Had a pleasant stay and the biggest plus point is a short walking distance to Nagoya Shopping heaven. So really you don’t have to travel far for food, for shopping and also some self pampering. It’s all nearby.

I recently stayed at Grand I Hotel Batam for 4D3N, and it was a fantastic experience! We booked a Superior Double Room which was spacious, cozy, and perfect for recharging after a long day. The staff were super friendly and made check-in quick and easy. ? Prime Location– The hotel is right next to Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall, so food, shopping, and entertainment (spa & karaoke!) were all within walking distance. Super convenient—no need to travel far! Facilities & Service ✔️ Comfy & clean room ✔️ Excellent service – Front desk was welcoming and helpful. ✔️ Gym & Spa– top-floor facilities with a nice view! ✔️ Swimming Pool is on the 3rd if I'm not wrong ✔️ Room service food was surprisingly good – Even better than the buffet breakfast (which was just okay-okay). The only minor downside was the breakfast buffet—decent but not outstanding. However, the room service meals made up for it! Overall, a great stay with convenient location, good amenities, and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Hotel looks grand from outside. Hence we decided to add another night stay in Batam. Interior of hotel with gleaming polished marble blew us away upon arrival. Spotlessly clean with spacious lobby and comfortable lounge. Warmly greeted by cheerful friendly and helpful reception. Lobby restrooms were very clean. Large gym and a decent pool size for a city hotel ( also has a nice small hot pool shaded by trees). Felt like we booked a very good 5-star hotel instead. Room interior was well equipped with hairdryer, writing table and executive chair. Free mini bar. Location of hotel is superb; with a side door leading to the back that goes to Nagoya Hill mall. Very convenient.Best, there is security guard at night stationed at the back connecting to mall for late shoppers returning back to hotel. Buffet breakfast was decent too. Loved the green bean shop and bean curb. More than value for money stay!
