We had a fantastic stay! The rooms were comfortable and very tidy—every day the cleaners did an amazing job putting everything together perfectly. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and kind, which made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The buffet breakfast was absolutely 10/10 and worth every dollar. We were lucky enough to be there during Easter and got to enjoy the special Easter buffet lunch—it was amazing! So much variety and everything tasted great. The location is perfect, especially for families. We’re a family of four with a newborn and a toddler, and there were plenty of nearby activities to keep everyone entertained. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely adored the hotel! The location was fantastic and the staff were always happy to help. Conveniently situated in the heart of the city, close to the vibrant Barangaroo dining scene, lively bars, and charming boats at Kings Wharf. The rooftop bar, Zephyr, was absolutely top-notch with breathtaking views of Darling Harbour. The room was spacious and perfect for a couple, featuring a luxurious king-size bed and floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning harbour views. I will definitely stay here again!

The room is nice but bathroom is very small and basic. Only shower cubicle with fixed shower head available. Shower head fixed at less than 6 feet high. Harbour view rooms provide nice view to Darling Harbour. My room was clean. Bottled water is available only for charge except for elite members when free. Regency club is small for the size of the hotel. Service is good. Hotel interior bland. Location is perfect to explore Sydney by foot.

I've stayed at Hyatt Regency Sydney multiple times and it never disappoints! The rooms are always clean, modern, and comfortable. The location overlooking Darling Harbour is unbeatable. Breakfast is consistently excellent with plenty of variety and fresh options. The staff are friendly, professional, and make every stay feel welcoming. Highly recommend for both business trips and relaxing getaways!
