We recently stayed at the Hyatt for my sister’s wedding, and I can’t praise the staff enough. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. They went above and beyond, even executing undercover missions to ensure the wedding room was set up perfectly! They handled a few lost keys with ease, and the valet parking was a lifesaver. The staff were incredibly attentive, always around the corner when we needed help, and it truly felt like personal service throughout our stay. Room service was fast and efficient, which was a nice touch, especially during such a busy weekend. The buffet breakfast the morning after the wedding was also amazing—so many options and everything was delicious. It was the perfect way to start the day after such a big event. A huge thank you to everyone at the Hyatt for looking after us and making our stay and wedding weekend stress-free. You made everything seamless and unforgettable!

Absolutely Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! We had an incredible experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch — friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The rooms were spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and provided the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the city. The amenities were excellent — we especially loved the pool and gym facilities, which were well-maintained and never too crowded. It was the perfect way to unwind or start the day feeling refreshed. The buffet breakfast each morning was a highlight — fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options to suit every taste. Location-wise, this hotel couldn’t be better. It's perfectly situated for tourists looking to see the city's top sights by day and dive into the vibrant nightlife in the evening. Everything we wanted to see and do was within easy reach. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and will absolutely be recommending it to friends and family. A truly memorable stay!

Comfortable bed, perfect location and great service. Most of all, friendly and caring driver Wallace, was the best of the best-!!! He surprised us when we got off the bus, with cute and precious dolls(koala, kangaroo and bunny). He made my day, my tiredness from the long journey(from Dubai to Brisbane), was just washed off from his kind gesture. Looking forward to visit and meet these wonderful people!! Thank you :)

This hotel is conveniently located in the city center of Brisbane. I was allocated a room on their top floor with a good view over the surroundings. The room was unusually designed with a long corridor when entering the room and an elongated bathroom adjacent to this corridor. In general I found the room a bit narrow, but on the other hand it had high ceilings. This was totally fine for me. In the restaurant where you had breakfast the tables and chairs were quite worn and I didn‘t find it cozy at all there. The breakfast items itself could be a bit more various and of higher quality in my opinion, that‘s why I was there only once. The staff was very friendly during my two-night stay and could help me with my needs.
