An excellent place to stay and a quiet location. The rooms are spotless with more than adequate air-conditioning. Staff are fantastic. Towels and bedding cannot be faulted l.
I'm already looking at booking my next stay.
Personally my only gripe is the continuous piped music on the roof terrace. This area would be a more pleasant environment if the speakers were muted in the pool area.

This hotel is very nice when I go to Pattaya City I usually stayed in this hotel for about 3 times this hotel is better than any hotel around jomtien (my opinion) the room is clean and tidy

Ok, lots of good but some bad.
Reception and all staff excellent.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. However, the shower cubicle could use attention.

Pool deck and the food was super. The pool was nice and was clean.

However, NO LAUNDRY SERVICE! I've just completed 3 months with 13 hotels in 3 countries, and this is the first one not to offer it.

There are no english channels on the TV. I am not going to plan trips to the launderette on my vacation.

Breakfast very much aimed at the asian palate.

Location for a solo traveller was, for me, too far from the nightlife and restaurants.

Two bedrooms but only one toilet. Only mirror was in toilet which is no use for 3 girls. Shower outlet continually refused to deal with the water and overflowed into the toilet area.
Breakfast was sufficient but not a big choice and I had to complain to management when one morning there was no buffet as insufficient resident's to justify. I got voucher for 1000bht towards evening meal (6 people).
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
I would not stay there again.

Me and my Family recently stayed at a hotel near Jomtien Beach and had a generally pleasant experience. The location is excellent if you're looking to be close to the beach, but it's worth noting that it's a bit far from Pattaya center. This might be a consideration if you plan to spend a lot of time in the central area.

We stayed in a two-bedroom suite for 1 night, which was clean and well-maintained. The room was equipped with a mini refrigerator, free coffee, and complimentary bottled water, which was a nice touch.

However, we did encounter one significant issue: the lack of soundproofing. We could hear conversations from the next room.
