we had a great stay here and booked an extra night. the staff was super friendly and nice and helped us with our booking. the location is incredible, right next to the train station. the room was clean & spacious. we would come back.

부산역 근처라는 위치는 좋음
호텔이라기 보다는 레지던스 같은 느낌이에요.
객실 방음이 너무 안 되는건 너무 큰 문제 같은데, 개선을 꼭 하셔야할듯

Good location near Busan Station
It feels more like a residence than a hotel.
I think the lack of soundproofing in the rooms is a very big problem, but it definitely needs to be improved.

The cleaning condition was not good, but the price made up for everything. Bringing a pack of wet wipes for self-cleaning will give you peace of mind.

대실해서 관계를 돈독히 하는 러브호텔임. 모텔이라 불려야 맞음. 관리상태, 주차, 서비스 모두 실망. 과연 시트는 갈아주는 걸까???

It is a love hotel that strengthens relationships by being generous. It should be called a motel. Management, parking, and service were all disappointing. Are the sheets really changed???

櫃檯直接消失、我等了將近一小時、只留下牌子說有事情請打電話、但對於外國旅客而言、大部分都沒辦法打電話給服務人員、也沒辦法有效溝通、扯爆，打掃還會忘記補水、還得自己去要、真的莫名其妙

The counter disappeared immediately, and I waited for nearly an hour. There was only a sign left saying that if you have anything, please call. But for foreign tourists, most of them can't call the service staff, and they can't communicate effectively. It's ridiculous. They even forget to replenish water when cleaning, and have to ask for it themselves. It's really baffling.
