Stayed here 2 times already, recommended hotel! Good location - near subway station and surrounded with convenient stores and restaurants. Room is nice and clean. Staffs are nice and helpful. There’s also a public bath to relax after a long day of walking.

Stayed here for one night with my family. I like the location of the hotel because it is literally the neighbor of Nagata Station. The staff are accommodating too and I'm glad they speak English :-D The only thing that I don't like is the room. It smells smoky -- like someone just smoked a cigarette inside. The smell even permeated in the sheets :-( Nonetheless, the bed was comfy and toiletries are provided. The check-in and check-out processes are also fast.

Nice service. Very close with subway nakata a lot. Just come up from exit 3 then found the hotel in front of you. Great! For 28" suitcase OMG no lift any more.

The location is very convenient. Staff is helpful. I am happy to stay here. Only the hotel price is quite high for the room. Thank you.

Right out the front door is a subway entrance so very easy to get around. Some great food places in walking distance. Rooms are a little small from an American standpoint. Translators available for the few workers that spoke English. Onsen inside is small but nice. Gender split as well for onsen
