Incredible location that was super convenient to get to all the city places. The beds were comfy. The bathroom was great too with great water pressure and hot/cold water. The towels were changed everyday and you can also choose change your trash daily. The breakfast was simple and sufficient, not missing out on anything much if you don't go for it. They also had a washer and dryer that was great too. The staff were amazing as well. This is an amazing location if you want easy access to the city but want a comfortable stay. The only slight downside is that the room is a little tight in space. It's ample but tight for more than 1 big luggage. Tight but not tiny. But it's a good trade off for the location.

Good location, near subway, train. Close by convenient stores, shops and restaurants. Hotel is big but quiet, comfortable to stay. Reception open 24 hours, feel safe all the time there. Friendly and helpful too! At lobby, has microwave you can use, some amenities you can take. Breakfast was excellent, many to choose from and also nice staffs there. Room were comfortable, big enough for 2 people. Big bathroom with bathtub. We stayed here 2 nights, even we didn't request to clean the room we still get fresh towels, thank you very much! **At lobby also has discount coupons, brochures for tax free shop. Don't forget toTake it.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice and very clean room. The location is great, a street with so many restaurants and 天王寺 is just downstairs, you don’t even to walk anywhere; however it is quiet and pleasant environment, you won’t hear any noise, our room is on level2 and it’s quiet we never heard any noise. The reception staff is very helpful. I had to make an urgent international call at one day, they tried a lot to help me and I did solved my problem

This hotel offers excellent value for its cost, especially given its prime location right by a subway station, making getting around Osaka incredibly easy. The rooms are fantastic, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I really appreciated the convenience of being able to pick up all amenities on the first floor whenever needed. Just a couple of quick tips: I'd highly recommend downloading Google Translate for smooth communication, and remember that breakfast service begins at 7 AM. Also, they prefer you don't bring your own cup for use during breakfast.
