First time here at this pretty new hotel so where cleanliness is concerned, it's a 4.5. Rooms are spacious enough and modestly decorated. Service at the coffee house is wonderful except the spread is small. Maybe they will upgrade that in time. The lady staff at the reception desk isn't friendly and professional enough so the management may think of training her better or get a new receptionist. The lobby is nice and neat and the hotel overall is a good place to stay at.

Great stay in Malacca City! The hotel opened one month before our stay so everything was pretty much brand new and in perfect shape. The room was very clean and spotless, so was the washroom. The staff was hospitable, kind and friendly. I really enjoyed swimming in the outdoor pool. The property is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. To the north of the hotel is a Hindu temple open 24/7. The breakfast buffet was super with a good selection of food including some desserts! One critical remark concerns coffee: it was just terrible and should be improved. If purchasing proper coffee machines is not an option, at least instant coffee should be served. Unfortunately the hotel is located quite far from the historical centre but walking there is doable if you don't mind sweating. I only hope that hotel quality will not decrease over time.

I stayed 2 nights in Tamara, from 21 March to 23 March. The environment is so peaceful. The parking lot is big, and the hotel is behind the apartment. will drive through the houses area. Smooth check-in by Huda and Haeman. The staff are all friendly and helpful, especially Haeman and Hanif, who are very helpful and they always smile. (good inService). The rooms are clean, the toilets are clean, however, I suggest putting air freshner in the room and things in the toilet should be standardized in all rooms (for example glass for toothbrush, sikat and so on). The food is delicious (Ramadhan buffet), thanks to all the chefs. The F&B staffs should check the guests' room number before allow to enter the cafe for breakfast/sahur/lunch (if provided). We enjoyed staying in this hotel although the staff need more training how to serve better. They need to be alert, helpful and always switch on. The way how to answer guest questions. Lastly, thanks so much to Asmah Hababa who handle my reservation. She is very open to the complaints and suggestions. Kudos to Hanif and Haeman, thanks for your assistance. I recommend this hotel to those who want to holiday in Melaka. The location is also very strategic.

Visited Malacca with a group of friends and were specifically looking for a peaceful place to stay with ample parking for added convenience and peace of mind. During our search, we came across this relatively new establishment. The hotel is located about 2km from Malacca town and is easy to find using Google Maps, although roadside signage is minimal. It’s somewhat hidden behind a residential area, and access to the hotel compound is shared with an adjacent residential tower. Both properties use the same guardhouse, and unfortunately, the security personnel—many of whom are not locals—were not very welcoming in their attitude. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a simple, modern design and good lighting. The bathrooms were also well-maintained. We were assigned rooms with a pleasant city view, which was a nice bonus. Breakfast was decent, with the highlight being the Teochew porridge—it was our favorite part of the meal! Overall recommended!

The hotel offers very reasonable and affordable prices. The environment is clean and well-maintained, although the window glass had noticeable handprints and wasn’t fully cleaned. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made my stay pleasant. The only downside was that one of the Chinese front desk staff member didn’t seem very friendly — I hope the hotel can improve for this to provide an even better experience for guests.
