I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Sweet Castle for 2 nights, it is located about 17km from Jeju Airport. While the hotel doesn't offer many amenities—just one restaurant and a 7-Eleven on the ground floor—it’s clean, quiet, and comfortable. The highlight of my stay was the excellent customer service. The staff were friendly and attentive, even going the extra mile to provide us with additional towels without hesitation. If you're looking for a simple, clean place with great service, this hotel is a solid choice.

Such a reasonable price for a very clean spacious room with a beach view, and excellent service at the front desk. I also got a massage which was FABULOUS!!!! I miss my room there! The perfect way to end my time in South Korea!

This hotel is amazing! Is has a great location (lots of cool shops to explore nearby and you can walk to the beach). However the best part of this hotel is the staff. Everyone was so kind and willing to help us. From helping us book restaurant reservations to unclogging our toilet they would do it without hesitation. We were able to communicate just fine through google translate. I’d like to say a special thank you to 서윤 for making us feel so taken care of ❤️😭 When we come back to Jeju, we will definitely be staying here again!
