Very clean and neat hotel, with hot water, elevator and good restaurant service. The hotel owners were incredibly nice and flexible and help us out with everything we needed. Deposit luggage is possible without any charge, great staff and very good central position, we had a great stay!

I stayed for 2 nights here in early Feb-2025. Below is my honest observations: -- Cleanliness of Rooms & Belongings: 8.5/10 -- Staff Supportiveness: 8.5/10 -- Location (from transportation point of view): 8.5/10 If you are planning to visit Delhi and looking for stay nearby to New Delhi Railway Station; you can select this hotel without a second thought. However they have made a small mistake in allocating a room to me. While booking, I clearly mentioned that I will need a Family Room with King size bed as I am traveling with my Wife and Kid. But they provided me a room with a Double Bed and a separate bed. Not sure, if they did it intentionally OR by mistake. But they were ready to change the room but next day. Overall I am satisfied with the hotel and highly recommend this.

There's also a TV and Window AC. The washroom is neat and clean and has hot water facility. They provide towels, soap, and shampoo. Other amenities like in-house restaurant, WiFi, and lift are available. Service: Very friendly and polite staff. Good hospitality. From check-in till check-out, they have been quite polite and professional. Location: Great location. Situated just near the main road, one can walk to New Delhi Railway Station from here (about 800 meters). Overall, I definitely recommend this hotel for someone who wants a peaceful stay near New Delhi Railway Station.

Hotel is decent with respect to its price. Facilities like hot water, AC, WiFi worked fine. We did breakfast at the hotel, it was good. The staff was helpful and courteous. One problem we faced is that we did not get mobile range inside the room, so we had to use WiFi for WiFi calling. The room did not have any windows facing outside, but the hotel is in a area that is not scenic, so having no windows did not feel like a big deal. Hotel is not too deep inside gullies. You can get down from taxi on the main road, and walk for a minute and reach the hotel. Overall it is a budget friendly hotel that gets the job done.

Really nice and clean. Well located, close to the main bazaar. The staff is very professional and kind. Very good and tasty food also! Highly recommend!
