I was thoroughly impressed with the hospitality of the hotel staff, especially Mr. Cahyo who welcomed us with a warm and friendly smile. The food at the hotel was also exceptional, thanks to Mr. Rijal, the chef, who prepared delicious dishes. The housekeeping and security staff were also very friendly and humble, making us feel very comfortable during our stay. This 3-star hotel offers a stunning city view, especially from the 7th floor. The Surabaya night view was breathtaking! We also enjoyed the evening at the Bekisar Lounge area while enjoying live music and the city view. I highly recommend Sahid Surabaya Hotel to anyone visiting Surabaya. The friendly service and good facilities make for a very enjoyable stay. 5/5 stars!"
